Sunac acquired Dongjiu Project in Yixing on 28 January 2010. Yixing, ranking the 6th among the top 100 counties in China, locates in the hinterland of Yangtze River Delta, the most dynamic economic area in China, and the central area of Shanghai, Ningbo and Hangzhou. According to the overall planning for Yixing, Dongjiu New City will be the focus of development. The government aims to build it into the most livable waterside residential area. After years of rapid development, Dongjiu New City has been the unparalleled high-end residential area designated by the government and recognized by citizens.
Sunac Dongjiu project is located in the flourishing Dongjiu New City, covering 268,900 square meters, with a total planned GFA of 349,600 square meters.
