The Swan Lake is located in the Binhu New City of Wuxi, the future centre of the city. Binhu New City is built by the Wuxi city government as the sub-centre of the city and the largest residence area in Wuxi in future. It is to be the growth leader of the city for the next 10 years and is the widely recognized direction of Wuxi. Binhu New City is located most closely to the scenic areas of Lake Tai, being the most liveable place in Wuxi.
To the east of Swan Lake is the new administrative and financial centre of the city, which is supported by large scale auxiliary infrastructures; to its west is the college town of Wuxi, the largest knowledge park in the city; to is northeast is the new campus of Lake Tai High School, the national model high school. In between the college town and the high school, the Swan Lake is doubtlessly the community with the richest cultural ambience. With the beautiful scenic areas of Lake Tai on its south, the Swan Lake enjoys natural resources rare in the city.
Covering an area of approximately 730,000 square metres, Swan Lake has an aggregate GFA of approximately 1,250,000 square metres. It comprises a variety of products including high-rise and mid-rise apartments, town house and commercial streets.
